About Dayna
I'm a Certified Health and Nutrition coach who teaches moms how to plan and personalize meals for their family so that they can stop stressing about what to eat everyday. I am also a mom to five awesome kids and too many chickens (to my husband's dismay).
I know the importance of feeding my family healthier, but I, like you, don't want to spend the rest of my life in the kitchen. That's why, together, we're going to set up systems to make cooking faster, easier, and healthier.
