A MOM OF 5 AND A CERTIFIED NUTRITION COACH

After dealing with my own health struggles, I decided to start learning about nutrition, which led me to become a Certified Nutrition Coach.

When the pandemic hit, I buckled in and started figuring out systems that made dinner for my family simple, flexible, and actually enjoyable, using the nutrition knowledge I gained from my education.

Now, I'm showing you how to use these processes in your own home, not only to streamline your meals, but how to make simple meals for your family without guessing if it's healthy or not.

Since I can’t actually make that happen I obviously felt like I was failing at dinners.
