Work with a real-life Certified Nutrition Coach and mom of 5, using a proven system to make dinner easier

 selected

Sound familiar?

You feel like you should have this figured out by now. You’re a good mom. You’re capable. You handle a million things every day.

So why does feeding your family still feel so overwhelming?

It’s not because you’re lazy or unmotivated. It’s because no one ever taught you how to create flexible systems that work for real life with kids.

THE GOOD NEWS?

Nothing is wrong with you. You just need a little guidance.

I work with smart, capable moms every day who feel stuck around food, not because they don’t care, but because they’re carrying the full mental load alone.

Once you have clear systems, guidance, and someone helping you adjust as life changes, everything starts to click and dinner gets easier.

Less stress. Fewer decisions. More confidence.

This is a skills problem—not a motivation problem.

Imagine this!

YOU SNAP YOUR FINGERS, AND...

It’s mid-afternoon and you already know what’s for dinner. Not because you have perfect motivation, but because you have a system you trust.

You’re not scrambling, second-guessing, or negotiating with yourself about takeout.
You’re calm. Confident. Capable.

Your kids are coming around to the meals you make, even your picky one. Everyone is way less stressed at dinner.

Dinner feels doable. Your meals are healthier without being complicated. And feeding your family finally feels like something you know how to do.

Does this sound like you?

I help my clients with these same problems every single day.

And if you're like any of them, you've probably made some of the same mistakes.

Mistakes like...

"Meals need to be elaborate and perfectly healthy"

When moms believe meals need to be homemade, balanced, and impressive every night, the bar gets set so high that it becomes unsustainable.

Here’s the truth:

Real health comes from consistency over time, not one flawless dinner.

Healthy meals don’t have to be complicated and chasing “perfect” is usually what makes dinner fall apart.

Simple meals with shortcuts, repeats, and flexibility are often the most nourishing, for your body and your sanity.

"I have no motivation to be consistent"

Motivation comes and goes (especially when you’re tired, busy, and responsible for everyone else’s needs).

When meals rely on motivation alone, consistency feels impossible.

Here's the truth:

This isn’t a motivation problem—it’s a systems problem.

When you have clear systems, decision-making gets easier, stress goes down, and consistency becomes the natural result, not something you have to force.

"I have to overhaul everything at once"

Trying to change everything at the same time is the fastest way to burn out and give up. Most moms don’t need a total reset. They need targeted, strategic shifts that fit their current life.

Here's the truth:

Sustainable change happens when you build skills and confidence step by step, not when you throw out everything you’re already doing. Small changes, applied correctly, create big results.

When you work with me, I'll show you how to make small, realistic changes that add up to big improvements in your family's meals and health.

Coaching for mom that works for the whole family

YOU'RE NOT JUST TRYING TO EAT BETTER YOURSELF. YOU'RE TRYING TO FEED AN ENTIRE FAMILY.

Most nutrition coaching is built for individuals, but moms have to do things differently, because they don’t eat in isolation.

You’re feeding a whole household—kids with preferences, partners with opinions, schedules that change weekly, and a mental load that never turns off. You don’t have the luxury of cooking one meal for yourself and a completely different one for everyone else.

That’s why this coaching focuses on skills and systems, not individual perfection.

I help you learn how to feed a group of people well—without burning out, short-order cooking, or abandoning your own health goals in the process. You don’t just get told what to eat. You learn how to think about meals, so you can make one flexible, balanced dinner that works for your whole family.

I’ll teach you:

  • Simple dinner systems — learn the skills that make dinner and healthy eating easier

  • Flexible meal building — strategies and easy formulas for making balanced meals reliable and repeatable

  • Family involvement — teach your kids skills in the kitchen so they can take ownership and you can get help at dinner

  • Picky eaters – simple ways to make one meal work for everyone—even your chicken nugget purist
  • Meal planning – preparing and planning meals ahead of time so you're not scrambling last minute to get dinner on the table
  • Recipe organization and development – use a reliable system to figure out what specific meals fit your family's needs and your food goals
  • And much more

NO MORE CHOOSING BETWEEN YOUR HEALTH AND YOUR FAMILY

You’ll walk away with the confidence to serve meals that work for you and your family, without turning dinner into a nightly battle.

Because yes, it’s totally possible to feed your kids well... and meet your own health goals.

Hey! I'm Dayna

I’m a Certified Nutrition Coach who teaches moms how to use food to nurture their family’s health, connection, and happiness, one dinner at a time.

I am a wife and mom to five awesome kids and too many chickens (to my husband's dismay). You can usually catch me in the garden or chauffeuring my kids around to 1.5 million different activities.

YOU CAN MAKE DINNER TIME WORK FOR YOUR FAMILY

We all know that moms run the show inside and outside of the home. When dinner is easier for moms, the whole family wins—stronger bodies, calmer evenings, and way more connection around the table.

I want to show you how you can make dinnertime easier and use it to build stronger bonds with your family.

The same month the world shut down in 2020, I earned my nutrition certification. While everyone was panic-buying pasta and toilet paper, I was deep in my kitchen trying to make sense of how to feed my family of 7 without losing my mind.

It wasn’t easy.

Like you, I was tired of the daily dinner scramble, tired of picky eaters, and so over feeling like feeding my family well had to drain my soul each night.

So I took what I learned, experimented (a lot), and built simple systems that made dinner easer, healthier, and most importantly, more family-oriented.

And they worked. Really well.

So well that other moms started asking me how I was doing it. That’s when I realized:
It’s not just about the food. It’s about giving moms a foundation, with flexible, real-life systems that empower them to feed their families with confidence.

My coaching programs were born out of that mission, to help you feel like an expert on your own family when it comes to food and connection.

Coaching guided by the proven program

LET'S BREAK DOWN WHAT YOU'LL LEARN WHEN YOU GET PERSONALIZED COACHING

Your 1:1 coaching experience is based off of the principles in Dinner Development, but will be personalized according to your needs. This is a jumping off point. You get to decide what you need and what direction you want your coaching to go.

LESSON #1

Introduction

Just like you can't build a stable house without a proper foundation, you can't build long-lasting health skills without learning the basics of planning and developing meals.

We'll start off learning about you and your needs, then explore ways we can build key health practices that will give you the capacity to plan and prepare meals that fit into your life.

LESSON #2

Visualize

You can’t plan anything if you don’t know what you’re aiming for.

We ditch the guesswork and get crystal clear on your version of dinner success. You’ll create a rock-solid Meal Manifesto—your dinner ideal statement that will guide your health decisions throughout coaching.

It’s time to get picky (in a good way) about what you want your meals to look like, feel like, and do for your family.

LESSON #3

Prioritize

Let’s be real—if your kitchen is a chaotic mess of expired sauces and mystery Tupperware, it’s not helping you crush your health goals.

You’ll learn how to take stock of what’s helping you thrive and what’s just taking up space (emotionally and physically). We’re talking a full-on kitchen glow-up that aligns with your Meal Manifesto.

Because an organized kitchen isn’t just pretty—it’s powerful.

LESSON #4

Categorize

Say goodbye to endless Pinterest scrolling and half-used cookbooks collecting dust.

You’ll learn how to use my signature Rotation Personalization System—aka the magic system for turning a pile of recipes into a go-to meal rotation that actually works for your family’s unique tastes (yes, even your picky eater).

You’ll also get access to my favorite organizing tools: a plug-and-play spreadsheet, plus a Trello board that’ll make you feel like the CEO of your kitchen.

Because let’s be honest—spending 30 minutes hunting down a recipe just to have your kids groan at it? We don’t have time for that.

LESSON #5

Personalize

Let’s make your meal rotation actually yours—not something you copied and pasted from someone else’s highlight reel.

I’ll show you how to find fresh inspiration (without drowning in recipe tabs), and how to implement those meals into your regular routine without stress or second-guessing.

Plus, if you've got a picky eater who acts like broccoli is a personal attack—I’ve got you. I'll give you clear, realistic strategies to help everyone, even your picky eater, enjoy dinnertime again (including when you're trying something new).

LESSON #6

Strategize

Half of the dinner struggle is just finding the time to make it.

With the Strategize principle, I’m handing you my top time-saving secrets to help you stop running on fumes and start cooking smarter—not longer. You’ll learn my four powerhouse prep methods that work with your schedule, not against it:

  • Aligning – match your ingredients together to reduce time and waste

  • Cooking in Components – think mix-and-match magic with minimal effort

  • Base Cooking – your pantry staples just got a glow-up

  • Batch Cooking – cook once, use twice (or more)

I’ll even show you an actual calendar with real-life meals using these exact strategies—because this isn’t theory, it’s real mom-life-tested.

LESSON #7

Compromise

Let’s face it: making dinner is just the opening act. The real circus starts when it’s time to get the kids to sit, eat like humans, and (gasp) help clean up.

In this lesson, we’re shifting the dinner dynamic. You’ll learn how to get the whole crew—yes, even the picky toddler and the moody tween—involved in the full dinner process: prep and cleanup.

To keep the chaos in check, you’ll get 3 game-changing charts:

  • Who’s Cooking? – so you’re not the default chef every night

  • Children’s Cooking Tasks (By Age) – finally, age-appropriate help that actually helps

  • After Dinner Jobs – because "I forgot" isn't an excuse anymore

You’ll go from solo dinner warrior to team captain, with backup. 🙌

LESSON #8

Analyze

You’ve put in the work—now let’s make sure it’s actually working.

We’ll look at how to actually evaluate your progress (no shame spirals here) and figure out the next right step—because reaching your goal isn’t about giant leaps, it’s about doable, sustainable moves forward.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Break your goals into bite-sized, stress-free steps

  • Take action today, not "someday"

  • Adjust without starting over

If you’re someone who loves making goals but rarely sees them through… this lesson is your no-nonsense wake-up call (with grace, of course).

Designed for busy moms

1:1 coaching is completely self-paced and based off of your current needs. You get to decide what works for you and your family and where you want the coaching sessions to lead to.

This is for you if...

✅ You’re completely over trying to guess what's actually healthy, plus how to get your kids to eat something that isn't nugget shaped

✅ You’ve heard about meal rotations, meal prep/planning, and other systems, but you have no clue how to start

✅ You want to make better food choices—but you’re not about to toss everything you own and go full quinoa

✅ You’ve tried new recipes (with hope!)… only to get soul-crushing “ewws” and untouched plates in return.

✅ You’re craving to learn the skills and behaviors you need to crush your health goals, whether that's feeding your family better or getting healthier yourself

Who is this program not for?

❌ You’re hoping for a generic, pre-made meal plan that ignores your family’s schedule, preferences, and reality.

❌ You’d rather keep scrolling Facebook groups for random advice than get actual strategies from someone who knows what they’re doing.

❌ You have no interest in building a flexible, go-to meal rotation your family actually enjoys.

❌ You secretly love the chaos and would rather stay stuck in dinner stress than take action.

❌ You’re cool with winging it every night, throwing meals together in a panic, and praying it works out.
