By accessing this website or purchasing any of our online courses, programs, or digital products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase our products.

This website is owned and operated by Haven Home Living, LLC, a limited liability company (“LLC”), registered in Utah, U.S.A.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access to proprietary content, all sales are subject to the refund terms outlined below. By purchasing any product from Haven Home Living, LLC, you agree to this Refund Policy in full.

Low-Ticket Courses (Under $150)

Courses priced under $150, including but not limited to, The Minute Meal Plan, are non-refundable. All sales are final once purchase is complete.

Mid- & High-Ticket Courses ($150 and Above)

Courses priced at $150 or more, including but not limited to, The Family Meal Framework and Dinner Development, may be eligible for a conditional refund under the following terms:

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date
Requests must be sent via email to hello@nutrishishcoach.com
Proof of good-faith effort may be required, including completion of specified lessons, exercises, or assignments
Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Haven Home Living, LLC.

After the 14-day refund period has expired, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Drip Content & Access Limitations

Certain programs release content gradually during the refund window. Once the refund period ends and full course access is unlocked, the purchase becomes final and non-refundable.

Payment Plans & Failed Payments

If you purchase a product using a payment plan:

You are responsible for completing all scheduled payments
Failed or missed payments may result in suspended or revoked access
No refunds will be provided for partially completed payment plans beyond the applicable refund window

Chargebacks and disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

If a chargeback is filed:

Immediate access to all purchased content will be revoked
Any bonuses, community access, or related materials will be terminated
We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and recover associated fees

Abuse of Refund Policy

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that demonstrate:

Excessive downloading or content consumption
Violation of our intellectual property rights
Account sharing or misuse
Repeated refund behavior

Policy Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

Refunds are issued at our sole discretion. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate removal of access and permanent account termination.

Each purchase grants access to one individual user only. Shared access, password sharing, or multiple users accessing a single account is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to monitor usage and revoke access if abuse is suspected.

All support requests must be submitted to hello@nutrishishcoach.com. Support requests submitted through social media, direct messages, or personal accounts are not monitored and will not be considered official support requests.

Support does not include:
